Instructions for use
 
1. Don't tear the tape. Rub it with plenty of oil so that it is all wet.
2. Leave the oil on the tape for 15 to 20 minutes. The oil will dissolve the glue and the tape will start to come off the skin on its own.
3. Slowly remove the tape by peeling it off your body with your fingertips - not the other way around. If the tape still holds, use more oil and wait a few minutes before trying to gently remove the tape again.
