Returns, exchanges and complaints

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. According to Polish law, the buyer (customer who made an online purchase transaction) is obliged to inform the seller (So Chic sp. z o. o.) about the desire to return/exchange the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

  2. The buyer does not have to provide a reason for withdrawing from the contract.

  3. The returned/exchanged goods must be in unchanged condition (unused, clean, undamaged, have intact tags, and must not be saturated with the smell of e.g. sweat, perfume or cigarette smoke). If the above condition is not met, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the return/exchange.

  4. In the event of an exchange, the cost of delivery of the replaced goods to the customer is covered by the seller.

  5. The customer should inform the seller about the intention to return/exchange the goods. This can be done by e-mail to the following address:sklep@stanikowy.pl or by post to the following address: Stanikowy Zawrot Głowy ul. Mickiewicza 31a/2, 82-200 Malbork.

  6. The goods should be returned by the customer immediately after informing the seller about withdrawal from the contract, at the customer's expense, in an unchanged condition, together with the delivered packaging (if included) and free products (if any) to the following address: Stanikowy Zawrot Głowy ul. Mickiewicza 31a/2, 82-200 Malbork.​ 

  7. The buyer is obliged to attach a completed return/exchange form to the shipment of the returned/exchanged goods.

  8. The buyer is also obliged to attach proof of purchase to the shipment (receipt or its copy).

  9. If the return/exchange form has been lost or damaged, it will be sent via e-mail at the customer's request.

  10. The buyer should keep proof of shipment.

  11. The Seller does not accept cash on delivery shipments.

  12. After receiving the shipment, the condition of the returned goods is checked and if there are no objections, in accordance with the customer's request, the goods are exchanged or the costs of their purchase are refunded in the same way in which the purchase was made or to the account indicated in the form. In the case of payment by card, the cost of purchasing the product will be refunded to the card from which the order was paid.

  13. Polish law provides for 14 calendar days to refund the purchase price.

  14. If the product is not accepted for return/exchange due to traces of use or damage, the customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone. The purchased goods will be sent back to him within 7 days.

 

COMPLAINTS

If a defect is found in the goods, please send the complained goods together with a completed complaint form, which will be sent by e-mail at the customer's request.

Goods sent for complaint should be clean for hygiene reasons. If you send dirty items, with a distinct smell of sweat, deodorant and sweat stains, or traces of dirt, the complaint will be rejected.
